Online classes are now available. Once the student signs up for the class, they will receive an email with the link to the private Facebook group for the class. It is a fun, private Facebook group to have fun learning how to paint the project and sharing with others in the group. No one outside the group will see your posts.
IN PERSON classes will resume sometime this summer with appropriate measures for seating for social distancing.
The painting classes are open to beginners and advanced students. The instructor is detailed in her instruction by talking about the technique, demonstrating, going over instructions again, and then walks around the room to ensure everyone is following along. If students needs a little help, the instructor is there to assist. Everyone leaves with a finished painting.
NOTE: Although we encourage anyone with any type of disability to participate in our classes, special attention cannot be given during a regular group painting class. It holds up the rest of the class when a lot of extra time is spent with one student. Many of the class paintings involve a lot of detail work. If you have trouble with your eyesight or have shaky hands, these group classes may not be for you. However, you can always inquire about private classes where you will get the one on one attention.
Payment will need to be made at the time you book your seat. Please be confident you can attend the class before you book your seat. There are no refunds. However, if you cancel with at least 72 hour notice, your fee will be credited for a future class.
Deadline to book a seat is 1 day before the start of class. This allows enough time for the canvases to get prepped.
You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay using PayPal. Any debit or credit card will work. If you cannot use PayPal, contact Darla at email@example.com to make other arrangements.
